Een serie zelfportretten wat een gemoedstoestand of gevoel uit drukt, of waarbij het lichaam gebruik is als object, autonoom of in relatie met de omgeving/ruimte. Door geen gezicht te laten zien, of uitleg, ontstaat er ruimtevoor de toeschouwer om er zelf invulling aan te geven..
Inspiratie voor deze serie: de omgeving, waaronder ons huis ( at home) en mijn atelier( at work)
SELFPORTRAITS 2016- PRESENT
A series of selfportraits which express a mood, or a feeling or a state of mind.
By using faceless (self)portraits and no explanation I allow room for interpretation for the viewer.
Inspiration: surroundings, my house ( at home) and workspace ( at work) and other places
